ME KRA KASA means “My Kra Speaks.”
Fear. Painful thoughts. Old habits. Strong emotions. Inner urges. They can become so loud that we begin to mistake them for who we are.
ME KRA KASA: My Kra Speaks Returning to the Source Within introduces a simple practice of pausing, becoming aware, listening, discerning, and choosing your next step with greater clarity.
You are more than the thoughts passing through your mind.
Fear can sound convincing.
What if I fail?
What will people think?
What if nothing ever changes?
Maybe I should just give up.
Sometimes the mind speaks through fear.
Sometimes through anger.
Sometimes through shame, craving, doubt, or painful memories.
The challenge isn’t necessarily to make these experiences disappear.
The challenge is to notice them without automatically becoming controlled by them.
ME KRA KASA invites you to create a moment of space between what arises within you and what you choose to do next.
Fear may appear. You can hear it. You can acknowledge it. And still choose not to obey it. ME KRA KASA introduces a simple sequence:
Is this fear speaking, or is there a deeper wisdom I need to hear?
Don't react immediately.
Notice what is happening within you.
Ask what is actually speaking. Is this fear, an old pattern, an emotional reaction—or something deeper?
Take your next step intentionally rather than automatically.
This Too Is Happening in Awareness. You are walking, walking is happening in awareness: You are thinking: thinking is happening in awareness.
You experience sadness: sadness is happening in awareness.
Fear appears: Fear is happening in awareness.
A craving arises: The craving is happening in awareness.
ME KRA KASA encourages you to notice these experiences without immediately identifying yourself with them.
Instead of: “I am afraid.”
Begin to notice: “Fear is arising within me.”
Instead of: “I am an angry person.”
Notice: “Anger is present within me.” That small shift can create space. “This is happening within me, but this is not all that I am.”
There is a space between what you experience and how you respond.
A moment to pause instead of react. To listen instead of assume. To discern instead of follow the loudest thought.
ME KRA KASA invites you to return to that space—to become more aware of what is happening within you and more intentional about what you choose next.
